I listed my hard-to-sell home with Kara after reviewing all of the East Mountain Area Realtors. Kara scheduled a work crew to ready the house and all necessary inspections for the sale. Everything went very smoothly thanks to her and the house sold very quickly. Then, she found another home that was perfect to buy in the East Mountain area after an extensive search. Kara went above what I ever expected of a realtor. I have actually referred her to family and friends. She worked long, late hours helping get our paperwork done. Kara Buchman was a great realtor who gave me the tools to get my house ready to sell. She gave me in depth market information and crafted a successful action plan that included a wealth of affordable home improvements. This was super important as my budget was tiny (about $500), and I wanted to do everything I could to get my home ready for a new owner.

When I was looking for a home in Rio Rancho through Zillow, Dave Buchman was the first to reach out to me in the Spring of 2017. I was living in Gallup at the time I started looking. Dave listened to what type of home I was looking for and helped me use the MLS to find homes that fit our requirements for a new home. He was available everyday of the week, to talk and walk me through the home search process. He was our advocate, he looked out for our best interest. We were unable to find a house that met our needs (not his fault but mine) and he helped me find a rental in Rio Rancho until I could get back on my feet. I reached out to Dave again in the spring of 2018 because of the relationship we had. I trusted Dave to look out for my best interests. In spring of 2018, he and I looked again at our criteria for a new home and we were lucky to find a home that matched what we needed. He guided us through the buying process and made it effortless.
